Responsibilities
- Provides receptionist duties including handling of guests, phone calls, faxes, main company email, etc. and routes these to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintains CEO appointments, emails, contacts, and other tasks as needed.
- Interacts with various shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx, TNT, Sterling, etc.) for creation of shipping documents and/or receipt of
- Updates company staff with announcements on as needed basis.
- Provides basic web research of products and services on as needed basis for the executives and various department managers.
- Resolves basic order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; and notifying managers and customers.
- Handles employee application forms, CVs and submits requests for airport identity cards.
- Managing and tracking employee leave requests and calendar of employees.
- Maintains and update employee email and telephone lists as well as the company organization chart based on changes requested by management.
- Ensures malfunction machines are properly stocked and contacts the appropriate support services as needed.
- Tracks/orders office supplies from various established providers and validates delivery of such supplies.
- Keeps records of, and orders company uniforms as needed for all personnel.
- Communicates with the Airport Authority relevant department(s) for office issues / damages in order to be rectified.
- Tracks and maintains a schedule of meeting rooms.
- Coordinates department managers schedules/meetings.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Greek

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Adobe, etc.), Google & similar search engines, Microsoft Windows
- Assists various departments on as needed basis with copying, scanning and other admin type duties.
