Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration of the AMS AERO Work Order register.
- Reviews the operator’s aircraft maintenance program before scheduled maintenance visits.
- Establishes work reports, log book entries and Certificate of Return to Service ( CRS) statements.
- Assists the dedicated Project Coordinators to ensure congruency of the work documents with all work that has been accomplished and cross checking that the required documentation is properly completed and signed.
- Administrates the respective aircraft records.
- Consolidates the completed Work Orders for invoicing.
- Consolidates the completed Work Orders for invoicing.
- Ensures compliance to relevant procedures and standards contained in the MOE.
- Implements, where necessary, of remedial (corrective and preventive) actions.
- Promotes quality and safety consciousness.
Qualifications
- Two + years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance or continuing airworthiness.
- Knowledge of EASA & FAA rules and regulations, Part-M and Part-145.
- Have practical knowledge of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and possess Human Factors Topics including EWIS and FTS.
- Knowledge of applicable EASA/FAA Part-145 regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret Aircraft and Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM’s), rotorcraft specifications & governmental regulations.
