Responsibilities

• Assist the Logistics Manager in everyday tasks
• Contact with carriers / suppliers (worldwide)
• Source, track and monitor goods required.
• Seak for cost-effective solutions taking into account factors such as transportation /delivery time and cost to the benefit of the company
• Place orders, follow up with payment and deliveries
• Receive orders, Goods incoming inspection (quality and quantity checks), file paperwork
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure goods / materials availability to meet AMS AERO demanding operational requirements
• Pack and ship goods.
• Organize and keep stock rooms clean and tidy

Qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge will be appreciated
• Prior experience in Logistics will be considered a plus
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively – active listening and good standard of verbal and written English skills
• Computer skills: Microsoft Windows 1+yrs, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) 1+ yrs, ERP/CRM Software package familiarity is a plus
• Motivated and team player – develop solid working relationships as part of the AMS AERO family
• Natural problem solver – relish in tackling complex issues and offering creative solutions
• Highly organized – able to demonstrate workload and tasks effectively as working under pressure
