When you visit Aerospace Management & Support P.C., we need to collect the following personal data about you: name, date of birth and personal information (driver’s license number/passport number)

In connection with your request for a guest card to Aerospace Management & Support P.C. and Athens International Airport, we process personal information about you. This information is stored for 365 days. According to the General Data Protection Regulation, article 6(1)(c), we are allowed to process personal data, as processing is necessary in order for us to comply with the legal obligations which we are subject to, cf. EU Regulation (EC) No 300/2008.

Customers

If you are  our customer we will need  to collect the following personal data about you: Name, address, phone number, e-mail, ID-number and payment information.

Your Personal data in this case is collected for the following purposes: Processing your purchase, supply of our services and administration of your business relations with us. The legal basis for collecting this data is “fulfillment of a contract”, “legal obligations” and “balancing of interest”.

Customers, Suppliers and partners

If you are  a customer, a supplier or a business partner of AMS the following personal data is collected: Name, address, phone number, e-mail and ID-number, or passport copy and payment information.

Your Personal data in this case is collected for the following purposes: Processing purchases/services, supply of our services and administration of your relations with us. The legal basis for collecting this data is contractual necessity (enter or fulfill a contract), “compliance with legal obligations” and “balancing of interest”.

Students

When you attend a course, training, education or certification at Aerospace Management & Support P.C., we need to collect the following personal data about you: name, department, title, address, phone number, e-mail and national identity number, or passport copy.

This information is collected based on the following legal basis contractual necessity (enter or fulfill a contract), “compliance with legal obligations” .

Website

The website  does not collect your personal data, unless you have provided them for a specific purpose. For instance, when you choose to receive our e-mail newsletter, contact us, and provided that you have given your consent for the processing of your personal data.

Furthermore, we may collect your data by using cookies for statistical analysis of our website traffic. No further processing, transmission or exchange of such data will take place.

We need the information required to provide you with content related to our services and activities, to offer you customized service based on your needs).

Recruitment policy

When we receive a job application and relevant appendices, the materiel will be read by the relevant manager with the only purpose of making an assessment  in relation to a defined job.

Job applications and CV’s are shared internally only between  persons involved in the recruitment process and will not be disclosed to anyone outside the company.

Job applications and CV’s will be deleted when the the right candidate is found and the position is covered..

For unsolicited applications, the application and CV will be saved for a maximum of 6 months after which it will be deleted.

If the application and CV are saved for more than 6 months, special consent of the candidate is obtained.

We have taken all the necessary  measures to prevent the loss  of your data  or the access of  unauthorized persons to your data

Data minimization

We only collect, process and store the personal data necessary to fulfill our purpose (comply with a contract or any other legal obligation). Furthermore, it may be determined by law, what type of data it is necessary to collect and store in connection with our business practices. . 

Data is updated

Since our service depends on the fact that your data is correct and up to date, we ask you to inform us about relevant changes in your personal data. You can contact us at info@amsaero.eu and inform us about relevant changes, then we will make sure to update your data. If we notice that any data is incorrect, we will update the data and inform you about this. 

Storage period

The data will be kept for no longer than the period of time  which is allowed according to the legislation. After that it will be deleted. The time span depends on the data’s character and the basis for the storage. According to this, it is not possible to state a general time span for when data is deleted. 

Consent

Your consent to receiving our newsletter is voluntary, and you can withdraw at any time, using the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of every newsletter or by contacting us. Use the contact information above if you want further information.
